Council Land & Property

Holwell Parish Council owns and operates the Pavillion on the John Rand Recreation Ground.

It also maintains the John Rand Recreation Ground on a long lease from The Rands Educational Foundation.

This contains a Children's Play Area with a variety of play equipment. Within the Recreation Ground there is also an adult football pitch, cricket field, basketball net and a bowls club.
