Animal Fouling

The Parish Council provides two Dog Bins in the Recreation Ground, one outside the Village Hall and a further one on the Holwell Road. They are emptied by North Herts District Council which is also the responsible body when it comes to imposing fines, clearing up, etc.

Remember, it is a crime to let your dog foul public areas and to not clean it up! It is unpleasant to other residents and can cause a health risk to both children and adults. In addition, if caught, you may be fined! Let's all work together to keep Holwell a clean and pleasant place to live.
